Suitable for beginners but not pregnancy.

Women's Yoga Class
This class is suitable for all females from pre-teen right through to post menopause.  A combination of Hatha & Womb Yoga to honour the natural cycles and transitions in a women's body. So useful as a therapeutic practice to improve the relationship within after any type of trauma.

£8 per class, please book your place.

 

Saturday's at:

10 - 11am

A gentle and energising start to the weekend.
Suitable for beginners, pregnancy, back problems, stress & anxiety.

£8 per class, drop in.

Please bring a mat with you to a class, or check beforehand if there is a spare to use. Wear comfortable loose clothing. Also, please ensure you haven't eaten for around 2 hours before practice.
