YOGA FOR ALL WOMEN
Women's only yoga class for empowerment through connection to the menstrual cycle. Suitable for all women struggling with menstrual health, fertility issues and peri-post menopause.
£8 per class, please book your place.

This is a flowing class including gentle and dynamic poses.
Suitable for beginners but not pregnancy.

Private Tuition for the individual.
Suitable for beginners, advancing students, pregnancy &
post-natal recovery, and to re-gain wellness after illness
or surgery.
Wednesday's & Thursday's:
Private tuition for the individual or couples, available during term time. Please contact Kellie for more information.

A gentle and energising start to the weekend.
Suitable for beginners, pregnancy, back problems, stress & anxiety.
Please book your place.

Please bring a mat with you to a class, or check beforehand if there is a spare to use. Wear comfortable loose clothing. Also, please ensure you haven't eaten for around 2 hours before practice.
